문헌검색을 위한 효과적 방법

식품과학적 문제에 대해서 가능한 도구가 별로 없어서, 보건학/의학 연구로부터 많은 자료를 가져왔다.  이들 중 일부는 검색 기술을 향상시키고, 근거의 질을 평가하고, 연구 방법과 결과를 보고하는 데에 도움이 될 수 있다. 다른 자료가 필요하면 다음의 출처들을 참고할 수 있을 것이다. 다른 자료를 추가하고자 한다면 본 IFIS로 연락주시기 바람.

• Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews
• Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (CASP) – 연구를 읽을 때 사용되도록 설계된 8가지 비판적 평가 도구.
• Equator Network – 보건학 연구 용.
• European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) Tools – 여러 다른 연구 설계를 비판적으로 평가하기 위한 목적
• GRADE – 근거를 평가하는 접근법.

• Meridian – 동물 연구에서 검색의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 보고방법 표준을 모아 비교함.

• PRISMA – 무작위적 시험의 평가를 보고하는 데에 초점을 두고 있으나, 다른 형태 연구의 체계적 평가, 특히 치료 평가를 보고하기 위한 기본요건으로 사용될 수 있음.
• REFLECT – 가축의 생산, 건강, 그리고 식품 안전적 연관성에 대한 무작위적 시험, 유발(challenge) 시험,  현장 시험에 대한 체크리스트.
• STROBE-Vet statement 는 동물 집단에 대해서 수행된 연구를 보고하는 목적의 STROB명세 체크리스트의 수정본임.
• SYREAF – 동물과 식품 연구에 대한 체계적 검토를 위한 풍부한 자료로서 이 분야 문헌검토를 위한 각 단계에 대한 안내와 설명을 포함하고 있음.
